The target population are the uninsured children and youth in the rural and frontier counties of northeastern New Mexico, including Taos and Colfax. The patient must:
- Be a Taos or Colfax county resident.
- Not currently have insurance coverage.
- NOT be eligible for Medicaid.
- Have a family Income that does not exceed 300% of the current Federal Poverty Level
